Based on human functional movements, we examine the left-right balance and muscle power of the upper and lower extremities and torso, and design corrective exercise strategies based on the quantified result data.
This is an introductory course to understand the five functions of a pulley: eccentric extensibility / constant velocity / elasticity / viscosity / 50hz vibration mode. -
Program 02Muscle function training process using Isokinetic pulleyKPE Advance Course - FThe cause of Dysfunction is evaluated through the ‘muscle function evaluation’ and Kinetic chain test developed by Ronfic, and the exercise program tailored to the individual is implemented.
